From quick yard refreshes to full property transformations — we handle the heavy work so you don’t have to.

We quote every job individually for fairness and transparency. All work is performed within legal, license-exempt limits — DZ Junk Hawlers LLC does not engage in any licensed contractor services.
Quotes are valid for 7 days and include labor, travel, and standard disposal unless stated otherwise.

🌿 Lawn Beautification & Maintenance

  • Biweekly or On-Call Mowing – mowing, edging, and trimming

  • First-Time Cuts – quoted by yard size, condition, and overgrowth

  • Weed eating in landscaped beds available only if quoted in advance

Pet Waste Policy: Service areas must be free of pet waste before arrival. Cleanup is $10 per pile. Excessive waste may result in service refusal for that area.

💲 Pricing: Starts at $50; varies by size, condition, and frequency.

🗑️ Junk Removal & Property Cleanouts

  • Interior & exterior junk removal

  • Estate and rental property cleanouts

  • Discreet, eco-conscious disposal

  • Standard loads include dump fees in the quote

Special Notes:

  • Heavy/dense materials (concrete, brick, tile, dirt, gravel, mixed debris) are billed by actual dump ticket weight plus a per-trip transport/handling fee

  • Multiple trips billed separately

  • Hazardous & Special Disposal Policy: No hazardous waste (chemicals, fuels, asbestos, paints, medical). Certain items (appliances, mattresses, tires, electronics) may carry extra fees, disclosed upfront.

💧 Pressure Washing & Soft Washing

  • Driveways, patios, sidewalks, siding, fences

  • Safe, effective cleaning methods tailored to surface type

  • Client must provide a working water spigot with adequate pressure

🌴 Tree & Palm Trimming (Under 15 ft)

  • Safe trimming and cleanup of small trees and palms

  • Larger/high-risk removals referred to licensed tree companies

  • Debris removed unless otherwise arranged (extra dump fees may apply)

🏡 Property Transformation Projects

  • Mulch or gravel installation

  • Flower bed refresh & edging

  • Fence/gate cleanup

  • Curb appeal prep for listings or rentals

🚫 What We Don’t Do (to stay compliant)

  • ❌ Weed control using pesticides/herbicides

  • ❌ Stump grinding or large tree removals requiring permits

  • ❌ Licensed trades (electrical, plumbing, irrigation, structural work)
